Li Fang Yin’s practice includes installation, painting, and text. Her work engages with the materiality of language and the embodied experience of reading to explore how writing, objects, and space generate one another. Often drawing on personal narratives, everyday objects, and traces of writing, she translates text across different media, extending reading from a textual act into spatial experiences of movement, viewing, and perception. Through her practice, she enables memory, intimacy, and everyday experience to be preserved, transmitted, and reread.
李芳吟的創作以裝置、繪畫、文字為主要媒介，從文字的物質性以及閱讀的身體性討論書寫、物件與空間相互生成的關係。作品經常將個人敘事、日常物件與書寫痕跡作為線索，透過將文字轉譯於不同的媒材中，把閱讀從文本行為延伸至空間中的移動、觀看與感知。透過創作，她讓記憶、親密關係與日常經驗在作品中被保存、傳遞與重新閱讀。
